A PROGRAMME THAT LIVES UP TO ITS PROMISE

I am currently doing my first rotation, which is in HR, and the programme is definitely living up to expectations. I am especially enjoying being part of a dynamic, international environment, and having a job where no two days are the same. My main role is to support the Organizational Development and Marketing & Recruiting teams, but I am also being given ad hoc tasks to do by the Head of Reward, so there are lots of different things to keep me busy. One piece of work I am really proud of was a campaign analysis I did of our graduate programmes, which involved analysing the available data and making recommendations for improvements we could make in the future.

MAXIMISING YOUR CHANCES OF SUCCESS

What advice would I give to someone thinking about applying for one of our graduate programmes? The key thing is to be yourself and don’t try to be perfect. The people interviewing you want to get to know your real personality and why you are interested in working at RWEST. It is very important for them to recruit people who are balanced and motivated. So don’t practice perfect answers beforehand. Convince them with your skills and your personality instead.
