As our IT functions continue to grow, and as we build on our close partnerships with leading technology companies including Amazon, Apple, IBM, Microsoft and SAP, there will be many exciting opportunities for you to contribute to diverse and meaningful projects while working alongside some of the brightest and most creative people in the field.
Over the course of the two-year programme, you will choose four rotations in business areas including:
> Infrastructure Management > IT Security > IT Project Management > Application Development > Procurement Management
As a global employer our remuneration and benefits differ from country to country to remain competitive in each local market.For contractual purposes your salary will be aligned to your base location but will be adjusted, if required, for rotations you may undertake in different locations.In addition to this, discretionary bonuses are available and a range of other benefits.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We look for the following in our Graduates:
> Passion for IT and the energy industry > 2:1 or above in any degree discipline, but ideally with a focus on IT > Very strong analytical and numerical skills > Highly motivated and proactive attitude, combined with the ability to work independently > Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English with German beneficial > Ability to learn quickly and take accountability > Resilient and hardworking nature > Strong team-working skills and able to engage effectively with stakeholders > Relevant experience or internships in the energy or IT sector (beneficial, not essential)

LEARNING, SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT
Whichever path you choose, we’ll guide and support you as you take on challenging and exciting projects. Learning will be a mixture of online education, face to face workshops and technical on-the-job training. You’ll learn from industry experts, and be exposed to every aspect of the energy value chain.
To help you get the most out of the programme, we’ll assign you a previous graduate as a buddy and allow you to select your preferred senior mentor who can advise you on rotations and introduce you to key people. We also offer a wide range of development opportunities, including networking events where you’ll get to meet senior managers and the board.
