After graduating in International Business Administration, I was very interested in RWE Supply & Trading’s General Business graduate programme. Especially because of the international environment in a dynamic and fascinating energy trading market.
In my current rotation I’m working in the HR department, and I have to say, the graduate programme meets all my expectations. Working in this international and dynamic environment is a lot of fun, because every day brings new experiences. My responsibilities include corporate development, marketing and recruitment as well as ad-hoc tasks for the head of HR Reward.
My biggest success was analysing the evaluations of our current training programme and presenting recommendations for improving future programmes.
My recommendation to future applicants is to be as natural as possible and not appear perfect. The candidate’s personality and knowledge are more important than perfect behaviour or learned answers. In the interview, the interviewers want to get to know your personality and why you are interested in a career at RWEST. The company is looking for talented and motivated applicants.
